How to Play
- Visit any of the participating businesses
- Talk with staff to receive a sticker
- Visit more businesses and match one of the win options below the bingo card
- Keep going to get more stickers
- Fill out the form on the back to submit your entry
- Winners will be announced at the end of the promotion and contacted to arrange prize delivery
McCook Bingo Info
- Only one card may be submitted per participant
- Only cards with the official stickers and a signature will be counted as an entry
- Only one of each type of “Bingo” will be counted (MAX per card is 4)
- All cards must be submitted by October 1st
- The four winners will be contacted by October 11th
- If we are unable to contact a winner by October 25th, we may transfer the win to another entry
- Prizes will be sent out via mail upon arrangement with the winners
